Carols by Candlelight Runaway Bay

Join Councillor Shelley Curtis for a whimsical night of Christmas carols and wholesome family fun at Carols By Candlelight, hosted by John Kerr of Jazz Radio 94.1FM and Danielle Goullet, Australian Events & Entertainment.
This free event features several talented performers, including Sabrina Durante (Outback Spectacular), Jack Watson, Leah Lever, Craig Martin, and Sharon Rowntree, and supported by a spectacular 7-piece band. There will be performances from local schools, Biggera Waters Primary, St Francis Xavier, and Coomera Anglican College, plus the big man in the red suit – Santa, his troupe of talented dancers, and of course Rudolph!
Attendees can enjoy various food options from food trucks, coffee, fairy floss, ice cream, face painting, and the famous Lions Club sausage sizzle. The event will conclude with a fireworks spectacular at 8pm. Come along to the soccer fields on Lae Drive, Runaway Bay, for a fun and festive event for all of the community to enjoy!
Arundel & Parkwood Christmas Carols

This year promises to be bigger and better than last year, with great entertainment for everyone, Food Trucks and Market Stalls, and of course a visit from Santa. Ending with a spectacular Fireworks display at 8pm. Open at 4pm with Carols at 6pm so don’t forget your loudest voices.

Mayor’s Christmas Carols presented by Village Roadshow Theme Parks

In its twelfth year, City of Gold Coast’s Mayor’s Christmas Carols is being staged at the HOTA Outdoor Stage and HOTA Parklands.
Hosted by 7 News Gold Coast presenters Amanda Abate and Steve Titmus and 1029 Hot Tomato’s Emily Jade O’Keeffe and Galey, the evening will commence at 6pm and conclude at 9pm with a fireworks finale that will undoubtedly light up your night.
Artist line-up to be announced on Friday 17 November.
Limited free tickets are available for the HOTA Outdoor Stage from Monday 20 November. More information to come. Gates open from 4pm. Strict ticket limits apply.
Christmas at Frascott 2023

‘Christmas at Frascott’ is a free community Christmas celebration in Varsity Lakes. Presented by Division 11 Councillor Hermann Vorster – City of Gold Coast, this event will bring festive free fun for the whole family, beginning at 4pm with live stage of music and Christmas carols, market stalls, kids entertainment, food trucks and more!
At 6pm we have Santa Claus arriving by train alongside special Christmas character and school performances, and finishing with a spectacular live laser show at 8pm!

The City of Logan Christmas Carols is the city’s biggest annual Christmas event, celebrating the magic and joy of the festive season.

Christmas Carols are set to fill the air at Sanctuary Cove, as locals sing along to their favourite Christmas songs at the annual Christmas Carols event. Gather for a night under the stars on the Marina Lawns (adjacent to Pier J) to enjoy a harmonious night of singing and dancing all while taking advantage of the free entertainment. Guests will be treated to the annual Buggy Parade hosted by The Rotary Club of Hope Island. The immaculately presented golf buggies will get a bedazzling make-over and parade for all to see.

2023 Pacific Pines Christmas Carols

The Carols will be headlined by Guy ‘Mutto’ Mutton from Australian Idol performing with former Ten Tenor Anthony Phipps and the Gold Coast Youth Choir. Of course no Carols are complete without a visit from Gold Coast’s singing Santa. This is no ordinary performance on stage. Get ready for the most exciting and interactive Santa show in Queensland. Join Santa, Mrs Claus and Rudolf for a Christmas extravaganza that includes a mix of traditional carols and current pop songs.
A spectacular fireworks display will complete what will be a brilliant night at 8pm. There’ll be some fabulous food trucks as well as the Pacific Pines Residents Sausage Sizzle and raffles. There will be competitions, face painting and a pop up playground for the kids, so bring a picnic blanket or your camp chairs and come and join us at the Pacific Pines Christmas Carols for a wonderful evening out with the family.

Do you hear what I hear? Carols on the Beach is returning to the sands of Surfers Paradise! Matty J had such a merry time last year that he’ll coming back to host, this time with Laura!
Your all-time favourite Christmas carols will be performed in a 2 hour jolly celebration of song and dance by an all Aussie line-up with one special international guest, travelling all the way from the North Pole! To top the night off there will be a sparkly fireworks finale!
Carols on the Beach is a free family friendly event that that kicks off at 6pm. Presented by City of Gold Coast and supported by McDonald’s and 90.9 Sea FM.
